The purpose of this post is to encourage positive self talk and confidence. Feel free to read these affirmations daily or when you need an extra reminder. Sometimes we can be our own worst critics and put negative judgement on ourselves.  This judgement can pertain to body image, our current stage in life, relationships or just who you are as a person.  Just know that you were made to be exactly who you are.
